 Sally Churchill has been a year-round Cape resident since 1960 and a summer resident from early childhood. While raising her children, she was active in community affairs throughout the mid-Cape area. Sally is a graduate of Connecticut College. She has an extensive background in administration and management.
Sally has been a licensed real estate agent since 1991, she obtained her Broker’s license in 1994. Sally is a member of the local, state and national Association of REALTORS and a member of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA), which requires its members to adhere to the fiduciary business standard. She also holds the real estate designation of Certified Buyer Agent (MCBA) which represents many hours of training relating to exclusive buyer agency. This designation is given by the Massachusetts Association of Buyer Agents.
She and her husband are residents of Bass River and spend their leisure time cruising the waters off Cape Cod on their sailboat. Sally’s other leisure time activities include gardening, needlework, reading and walking.
Sally and her husband work as a team with clients, while Sally utilizes her organizational skills planning tours and keeping records, Bob focuses on negotiations and research. Sally’s management skills enable her to efficiently coordinate the home buying process for her Clients. |

 Drum Chapman joined Buyer Brokers of Cape Cod from Digital Equipment Corporation / Compaq Computer / Hewlett-Packard where he sold and delivered Information Management Technology and Services contracts. Included in Drum’s client base were General Electric, NBC, and DirecTV. As a past client of Buyer Brokers of Cape Cod, Drum was attracted to the buyer side of the business, where he works only with buyers and thereby continues to enjoy the relationship building in service delivery that was the key to his success in the corporate business world.
As a result of his own family’s migration to the Cape, Drum is intricately aware of the enjoyment involved in the Cape Cod transition. Listening to Drum, "When you cross the bridge, something very positive overtakes you; I believe it's the relatively more relaxed culture. Having traveled and worked in many parts of the world, I have found that Cape Cod is clearly one of the friendliest environments on Earth".
Drum is a graduate of Colby College in Waterville, Maine and holds a masters degree from Babson College in Wellesley, MA. He is a member of the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors and is an Accredited Buyer's Representative. |

 EXPERIENCE: A pioneer as an exclusive buyer's broker on Cape Cod, Bob has represented clients who have bought property from Bourne to Provincetown. He has worked as a real estate broker for 29 years, has successfully completed hundreds of transactions as an exclusive buyers agent and has honed his ability to identify value in the marketplace.
ADVOCACY: As an exclusive buyers agent, Bob never takes listings or represents sellers. He is a fiduciary to his buyer clients and by law must represent their best interests at all times without any conflict of intrest.
DILIGENCE: Bob searches the entire marketplace for properties that match his clients needs. He previews properties, arranges and attends all showings, researches and provides available information about properties of interest. He advises on negotiating strategy and monitors details of transactions from accepted offer to closing, keeping the buyers best interest in mind at all times.

 Darlene was raised in Vermont spending summers on Cape Cod. After living in Florida for a short time she moved to the Cape as a year round resident in 1993.
After several years in the software business as technical support and management she opened the Cape’s first Doggie Day Care facility. She subsequently sold this very successful company and wrote a book, about to be published, about the process of creating dog care business.
Darlene worked briefly in a traditional real estate office but found she was more comfortable working as an exclusive buyers agent and joined BBCC, Churchill Associates in the summer of 2007. Darlene is a licensed real estate agent and is in the process of obtaining the Accredited Buyer Representative designation. |
