(1) Consultation Session.
Our first step is to meet with prospective
Buyers for a consultation session. This meeting is to help Buyers determine
if they want and/or need our services. During this session, we review a
Buyer’s wants/needs, provide information about our service menu and fees,
market values and inventory. We also discuss financial information, costs
to buy and review the entire buying process.
(2) Buyers Employ Us.
Buyers employ us by entering into
a Representation Agreement. This defines the responsibilities of both parties,
term of the Agreement and our fees.
(3) Fiduciary Responsibility.
Via the Representation Agreement,
prospects become REPRESENTED CLIENTS. As such they are entitled to a wide
range of value added services, and we are legally bound to act solely in
the best interest of the Buyers.
More and more Buyers are discovering
