Sally has been a year-round Cape resident since 1960 and a summer resident from early childhood. While raising her children, she was active in community affairs throughout the mid-Cape area. Sally is a graduate of Connecticut College. She has an extensive background in administration and management. Sally has been a licensed real estate agent since 1991, she obtained her Broker’s license in 1994. Sally is a member of the local, state and national Association of REALTORS and a member of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA), which requires its members to adhere to the fiduciary business standard. She also holds the real estate designation of Certified Buyer Agent (MCBA) which represents many hours of training relating to exclusive buyer agency. This designation is given by the Massachusetts Association of Buyer Agents. She and her husband are residents of Bass River and spend their leisure time cruising the waters off Cape Cod on their sailboat. Sally’s other leisure time activities include gardening, needlework, reading and walking. Sally and her husband work as a team with clients, while Sally utilizes her organizational skills planning tours and keeping records, Bob focuses on negotiations and research. Sally’s management skills enable her to efficiently coordinate the home buying process for her Clients. |
