Buyer Brokers of Cape Cod, Churchill Associates Inc. is devoted exclusively to representing real estate buyers. Our mission is to serve our buyers as true fiduciaries providing them with our extensive experience and client level advocacy and diligence.

Sally Churchill

Sally Churchill has been a year-round Cape resident since 1960 and a summer resident from early childhood. While raising her children, she was active in community affairs throughout the mid-Cape area. Sally is a graduate of Connecticut College. She has an extensive background in administration and management.

Sally has been a licensed real estate agent since 1991, she obtained her Broker’s license in 1994. Sally is a member of the local, state and national Association of REALTORS and a member of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA), which requires its members to adhere to the fiduciary business standard. She also holds the real estate designation of Certified Buyer Agent (MCBA) which represents many hours of training relating to exclusive buyer agency. This designation is given by the Massachusetts Association of Buyer Agents.

She and her husband are residents of Bass River and spend their leisure time cruising the waters off Cape Cod on their sailboat. Sally’s other leisure time activities include gardening, needlework, reading and walking.

Sally and her husband work as a team with clients, while Sally utilizes her organizational skills planning tours and keeping records, Bob focuses on negotiations and research. Sally’s management skills enable her to efficiently coordinate the home buying process for her Clients.

Bob Churchill

EXPERIENCE: A pioneer as an exclusive buyer's broker on Cape Cod, Bob has represented clients who have bought property from Bourne to Provincetown.  He has worked as a real estate broker on Cape Cod for 35 years, has successfully completed hundreds of transactions as an exclusive buyers agent. Has extensive knowledge of the Cape Towns and Villages and has honed his ability to identify value in the marketplace.

ADVOCACY:  As an exclusive buyers agent, Bob never takes listings or represents sellers.  He is a true fiduciary to his buyer clients and represents their best interests at all times from property search to settlement without conflicts of interest.

DILIGENCE: Bob searches the entire marketplace for properties that match his clients needs.  He previews properties, arranges and attends all showings, researches and provides available information about properties of interest.  He advises on negotiating strategy and monitors details of transactions from accepted offer to closing, prioritizing the buyers best interest  at all times.
